The National Testing Agency (NTA) will release online admit card and exam city intimation slip for National Eligibility-cum Entrance Test (NEET UG 2025) for admission to the undergraduate medical courses in all medical institutions in India. NEET UG 2025 shall be conducted on 04th May 2025 across the country as per the notified examination center by the Agency. All NEET UG 2025 aspirants can download their entrance test exam city intimation slip online at NTA NEET UG official website neet.nta.nic.in from 23rd April 2025 onwards for NEET UG 2025.

NEET UG Exam City Intimation Slip 2025 Notice
National Testing Agency is conducting the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (UG) – 2025 at different locations throughout the country (552 Cities) and abroad (14 Cities) on 04 May 2025 (Sunday) from 02:00 P.M. to 05:00 P.M. in Pen and Paper mode.
The candidates are required to check/ download their Examination City Intimation slip for NEET (UG) – 2025 (using the login credentials) from 23rd April 2025 onwards.
NEET UG Admit Card 2025 Notice
The candidate has to download the Admit Card from the NTA website (https://neet.nta.nic.in/) and appear for the Examination at the given Centre on the Date and timing as indicated in their Admit Card.
No candidate will be allowed to appear at the Examination Centre, on the Date and Timing other than that allotted to him/her in his / her Admit Card.
In case a candidate is unable to download his/ her Admit Cards from the website, he or she may approach the Help Line between 10:00 am to 05.00 pm or write an email to NTA at neetug2025@nta.ac.in.
NEET UG Exam Pattern 2025
The Test pattern of NEET (UG) – 2025 comprises Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany & Zoology). Candidates are hereby informed that starting from NEET (UG)-2025 will revert back to pre-COVID pattern vide public notice dated 25.01.2025. The question paper will consist of 180 compulsory questions which must be attempted by the candidates in 180 minutes. These changes have been incorporated in the NEET (UG)-2025 test pattern.
The pattern for the NEET (UG) – 2025 examination for admission in the Session 2025-26 is as follows:

How To Download NEET UG Admit Card 2025
There are following simple steps for online downloading of National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (UG) 2025 admit card as under described:
- At first open NTA NEET UG official website https://neet.nta.nic.in into your computer or phone browser.
- In the top of home page under LATEST NEWS section click on the given link as “Download Admit Card for NEET (UG) – 2025”.
- You will be redirected to admit card download page of NEET UG 2025.
- In the admit card login page enter your Application No. and Password correctly in the specified field.
- Next, fill Security Pin as shown in the given page.
- Finally click on Login button to download your admit card and now you can take print out of it for future references.
